RESUMO

We studied the effect of bioactive compounds Trepel and Suvar on proliferation and enzyme activity of hepatocytes. It was noted that the bioactive compounds activated enzymes in hepatocytes and stimulated their proliferation after mechanical injury to the liver in 18-day-old rats.

RESUMO

The results of the study of blood indices during mechanical liver trauma healing in conditions of using the biologically active substances "Trepel" and "Suvar" are presented. Simultaneously hepatocytes proliferation was studied as well. The comparative analysis of blood indices and mitotic activity of hepatocytes during healing of mechanical liver trauma in young rats indicates that when using biologically active substances hepatocytes proliferation is directly dependent on improvement of blood constants.

RESUMO

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of biologically active drugs (BAD) "Trepel" and "Suvar" on the hepatocyte ploidy during the restoration of liver structure in rat fetuses and newborn pups after mechanical injury, inflicted on days 16-17 of intrauterine development (n = 112), and to determine the association of polyploidization with the other manifestations of regeneration. It was found that during the healing of mechanical liver injury in fetuses and newborn rat pups, along with hepatocytes proliferation, their polyploidization occured. This suggests that polyploidization is one of manifestations of a regenerative process. This study has also shown that BAD "Trepel" and "Suvar" activated both hepatocyte proliferation and their polyploidization. The authors believe that the stimulating effect of these substances is associated with their growth-stimulating effect which results in the change in hormonal status of rat organism.

RESUMO

The results of morphometrical and stereological analysis of cardiomyocytes and rats' cardiac scar conjunctive tissue are stated in this article. It was shown that during the myocardial construction, the collagen fibril tension occurs. When diastole ensues, they goes back to point of departure. The author supposes that such a rhythmical, synchronous with systole changes of scar conjunctive tissue collagen fibres indicates the conjunctive tissue scar participation in cardiac contractile activity.

RESUMO

Neocortex has been transplanted into the right brain hemisphere of rabbits aged from 2 to 4 days. Brain regeneration at the tissue levels manifested in less macroglyocytes. Some observations are indicative of great regenerative potentials of the brain. Sometimes the development of glyofibrotic capsule was less distinct, which gives an impression of mutual penetration of fibers between the transplanted and recipient brain.

RESUMO

The data are provided on proliferative activity of myocytes in rabbit embryos and neonates. In rabbit embryos, in which myocardial regeneration is effected at the cellular level, mitoses of myocytes are largely important for myocyte proliferation. In rabbit neonates which do not show any complete regeneration of the myocardium, mitoses of myocytes are of primary importance for myocardial polyploidy. Minor mechanical injury to rabbit myocardium in early ontogenesis contributes to activation of the processes of hear muscle differentiation.

RESUMO

The data are provided that indicate that in rabbits aged 2-4 days, transplantations of rather large areas of brain tissue preserved up to 45 days are feasible. After transplantation part of the transplant neurons are destroyed, whereas the other part remains viable till the end of the experiment. Brain tissue does not regenerate at the cellular level. Neurons of both transplant and recipients' brain tissue are found to undergo hypertrophy. Besides, there takes place a dramatic increase in the number of binucleolic neurons.

RESUMO

The work is devoted to studies of regeneration of the myocardium in fetuses and newborns of rabbits after a mechanical trauma of the heart. It was established that in fetuses under natural conditions of the alive organism instead of the perished tissue of the myocardium during the period of 5-8 days there developed a wholesome transverse-striated musculature whose fibers contained glycogen and redox enzymes. In newborn rabbits the defect of the myocardium was replaced by a mature fibrous connective tissue, regeneration was accomplished at the expence of hyperplasia of intracellular ultrastructures. The loss by the heart muscular tissue of the capacity for complete regeneration takes place within the 24th day of the intrauterine development and the 1st day of life.

RESUMO

The author describes a method used for injury of rabbit fetuses myocardium on the 20-24th days of pregnancy. The abdominal cavity and the uterus of pregnant rats were incised and the amniotic sac and thoracic wall of the fetus -- punctured, thus injuring the heart. Two methods were used: in the first case the amniotic sac was completely drawn out from the uterine cavity, and in the other case -- it remained in the uterus and was punctured through the uterine incision. If the operation was not followed by abortion the animals gave birth to viable full-term rabbits.

RESUMO

Healing processes of the myocardium after an injury during the intrauterine period were studied. After the mechanical trauma of the heart the rabbit fetus is kept in the maternal organism and is born in due course. It was found that the healing of the injured part of the cardiac muscle occurred shortly and was due to the high proliferative activity of the cells. Morphological structure of the tissue appearing at the site of injury is very similar to that of the muscle tissue. However, further studies are necessary for final decision.
